About The Condo
Villa Magna Condos is a luxury gated community adjacent to the five-star Dreams Villa Magna Resort.
Our 5th floor fully furnished, air-conditioned open concept 840 sq. ft. unit features sea-to-sky Pacific Ocean views.
A glass-panelled balcony overlooks the Bay of Banderas, with picturesque coastal mountains and stunning panoramic sunsets. Your view includes 3 luxurious swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach that’s just a 3-minute walk away.
Sliding glass windows have remote-control blinds and blackout shades.
Enjoy preparing meals in a fully upgraded kitchen, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, six appliances and a filtered water purification system.
We’re just a short walk from Paradise Village, where you'll find local grocers, and restaurants, as well as a variety of other stores and boutiques, including a Tuesday morning outdoor market.
For leisurely city shopping and sightseeing, Puerto Vallarta is just 25 minutes away by car; local transit buses are also available.

Main Bedroom
The main bedroom features the same luxurious décor as the rest of our unit, including a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and personal security safe.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a custom vanity with granite countertop, new designer fittings and a large glass-enclosed shower.
Fresh Linens & Towels
We provide only top-quality bed linens, towels, and other fabric items; all are regularly inspected and replaced as needed.
Your Dream Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with culinary supplies and quality utensils.
It includes granite countertops, custom white cabinetry, a filtered water purification system, and high-quality appliances – a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and wine cooler.
A spacious storage cupboard holds handy recreational items, such as boogie boards.
Balcony BBQ
A quality Weber barbecue is provided on the furnished balcony to make outdoor cuisine a pleasure.
Ensuite Laundry
Washer and dryer are included along with an upgraded large hot water tank located in the separate utility room.

Our condo guests receive preferred prices at many facilities provided by the Dreams Villa Magna Resort – including restaurants, gyms and spas.
(Due to fluctuating hotel prices and policies, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any resort services additional to those included in the condo rental.)
