About The Condo
Villa Magna Condos is a luxury gated community adjacent to the five-star Dreams Villa Magna resort. It features 24-hour security and an on-site property manager.
Our 5th floor fully furnished, air-conditioned 1700 sq. ft. unit features sea-to-sky views over Bay de Banderas to the Pacific Ocean horizon, including picturesque coastal mountains and stunning panoramic sunsets.
A large furnished glass-panelled balcony overlooks 3 luxurious swimming pools and a jacuzzi; a pristine sandy beach is just a 3-minute walk away.
Enjoy preparing meals in our fully upgraded kitchen, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, six appliances and a filtered water purification system.
We’re just a short walk to Paradise Village, where you'll find local grocers, restaurants, as well as a variety of other stores and boutiques, including a Tuesday morning outdoor market.
For leisurely city shopping and sightseeing, Puerto Vallarta is just 25 minutes away by car, or local transit buses offer a reliable alternative. The city boasts world-class hospitals with English-speaking and internationally trained staff.
We are also just 20 minutes' drive from PVR, Puerto Vallarta International Airport (Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz).

Principle Bedroom & Ensuite
The Principal Bedroom features a king-sized bed, 55” wall-mounted flat screen Apple Smart TV and a personal safe for your valuables.
The fully equipped Ensuite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi soaker tub, large glass shower enclosure, all new designer fittings, custom vanity and granite countertops (included in all 3 bathrooms).
Sliding glass doors open onto a furnished balcony overlooking the complex’s infinity pool and beyond, to the Pacific Ocean horizon and spectacular panoramic sunsets.
Guest Bedroom
Our second (guest) bedroom also has a king-sized bed, 55” wall-mounted flat screen Apple Smart TV, and a personal safe for your valuables. The adjacent bathroom features new designer fittings, a custom granite-topped vanity and a spacious glassed-in shower.
Living Room
The large, elegant Living Room features a 75" Smart V/QLED satellite TV, fine marble flooring throughout the unit, beautiful artwork, and modern designer furniture.
Ensuite Laundry
A full-sized Maytag® commercial washer and dryer are included, along with an upgraded hot water tank located in the separate utility room.
Fresh Linens & Towels
We provide only top-quality bed linens, towels, and other fabric items; all are regularly inspected and replaced as needed.
Balcony BBQ
A quality Weber barbecue is provided on the furnished balcony to make outdoor cuisine a pleasure.
Your Dream Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with culinary supplies and quality utensils.
It includes granite countertops, custom crafted cabinetry, a filtered water purification system, and high-quality new appliances – refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove with convection oven, and wine cooler. The kitchen also features a built-in bar/coffee station.
A spacious storage cupboard holds handy recreational items, such as boogie boards.

With fast, free and reliable Wi-Fi available throughout the unit, you need never worry about staying in touch while relaxing at Villa Magna. Our wireless internet service is the best in Mexico. You can also use our
MagicJack phone for both internal and external calling to Canada and the United States.

Our third bedroom is fitted with versatile bunk beds and its own ensuite washroom.

Our condo guests receive preferred prices at many facilities provided by the Dreams Villa Magna Resort – including restaurants, gyms and spas.
(Due to fluctuating hotel prices and policies, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any resort services additional to those included in the condo rental.)
